Standard Criminal Record Check (Canada and the United States)

  • Protect your business and employees from individuals with a history of serious offences, and ensure that your employees feel safe working with honest and reliable co-workers.
  • Submitted applications will be returned with a Negative, Possible, or Incomplete status.
  • Candidates with criminal records may include a disclosure of the offenses, and will be verified if the declaration is an accurate reflection of their criminal history.
  • Inline Reference Check is able to provide next day and sometimes same day turn around.
    • US Criminal Checks take 3 – 5 days.
  • Don’t pay extra for rush orders! We will do everything we can to have a response ASAP!

Enhanced Criminal Record Check

  • Criminal convictions (summary and indictable) from CPIC and/or local databases (if self-declared).
  • Outstanding entries, such as charges and warrant, judicial orders, Peace Bonds, Probation and Prohibition Orders.
  • Absolute and conditional discharge from local database only.
  • Family Court Restraining Orders.
  • Charged and process by other means such as Diversions will be considered.
  • Dispositions including, but not limited to – withdrawn, dismissed, and cases of Not Criminally Responsible by Reason of Mental Disorder.
  • A review of all available police contacts including but not limited to theft, weapons, sex offences, or violent, harmful and threatening behaviour.
